3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate billing information and timely payment of all service fees.
• Protecting your account credentials and notifying Riaz Co. immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payment Terms

• Late Payments: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or additional late fees. Riaz Co. reserves the right to terminate services if payments are consistently late.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riaz Co., its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
