To use Riaz Co.’s services, you must be a registered business entity. By accessing our services, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business entity.

2. Service Provision

VoIP and SMS Services: Riaz Co. provides Voice over IP (VoIP) and SMS solutions as described on our website. We make every effort to ensure the services are available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to potential network issues or maintenance.
e-SIM Solutions: Our e-SIM services enable mobile devices to connect to multiple networks globally. Riaz Co. will provide provisioning and management services for your e-SIM use.
Carrier Services: We offer interconnection with various global carriers for streamlined business communications.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to:

Engaging in fraudulent activities or spamming through our communication services.
Violating applicable laws, regulations, or any third-party rights.
Compromising the security or performance of our services.

Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in termination of your access to Riaz Co.’s services.

4. Service Fees and Payment

Pricing: The fees for our services are outlined in your agreement with Riaz Co. Payment is due in accordance with the agreed terms, and late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
Billing Disputes: Any billing disputes must be raised in writing within 30 days of the invoice date.

5. Limitation of Liability

Riaz Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service within the preceding six months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the services upon written notice if there is a material breach of these Terms. Riaz Co. may also terminate services if payments are not made or if the Acceptable Use policy is violated.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
